Service Description
Experience Forest Yoga in Sipoonkorpi National Park. We’ll start with a peaceful walk into the forest to find our spot of stillness. There, surrounded by nature, we’ll begin with a calming meditation, followed by yoga movements inspired by the trees, rocks, and trunks. A deeply grounding experience which purpose is to calm your nervous system down and enjoy the surroundings. You can also upgrade your experience for an extra fee, relaxing in hammocks and enjoying added refreshments like coffee, tea, and a variety of sweet or savory bites Sipoonkorpi National Park is a peaceful forest just 30 km from Helsinki. You can reach it in 25 minutes by car from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport or in 45 minutes from Helsinki Railway Station.
