Yoga & Sound Healing
Empowered Through Yoga
I fell in love with yoga at 15, and it quickly became a lifelong passion and later my second profession. After completing my RYT200 and Yin Yoga Teacher training in 2018-2019 at Villa Mandala, I’ve been teaching vinyasa flow yoga on weekly basis in my village of Itä-Hakkila, Vantaa, Finland. As well I have been happy to teach yoga & create relaxing space with singing bowls in several organizations wellness days.
For me, yoga is all about empowerment—building strength, finding balance, and creating space for stillness. It’s the cornerstone of my daily routine and a source of energy for everything I do.
Teaching Yoga
As a yoga teacher, my mission is to help students deepen their connection with themselves. Each of my classes is carefully crafted, blending unique flows inspired by anatomy, practical needs, or the wisdom of yoga philosophy. I often incorporate sound healing with singing bowls to enhance relaxation and create a meditative atmosphere. In addition to regular classes, I'm also happy to bring yoga classes to offices and special events, as well as private sessions tailored to individual needs.
I also organize forest yoga sessions, where we embrace the natural beauty of the Finnish forest. Using trees as part of our poses, we ground ourselves in the stillness of nature, breathe in the purest air in the world, and connect deeply with the earth. These sessions are a unique way to combine yoga with the restorative power of nature, offering a refreshing experience for both body and mind.

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow
In Vinyasa Flow Yoga asanas flow seamlessly together. It is dynamic and often times sweaty practice, where the body and mind are being challenged with balancing, strengthening and stretching asanas. We begin the class with a calming breathing exercise called pranayama and follow with warm up and dynamic flow, ending the class to body scan and savasana.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. Inspired by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it targets the body’s connective tissues while supporting the flow of energy through meridian pathways. By holding poses for longer periods, it promotes flexibility, balance, and a sense of inner calm, making it a perfect complement to active lifestyles.

Sound Healing
Sound healing is a practice that uses soothing sounds and vibrations to promote deep relaxation and well-being. Drawing on ancient techniques, it works to harmonize the body’s energy and can help reduce stress, improve focus, and restore balance. Instruments like singing bowls are used to create calming frequencies, supporting both physical and emotional healing. It’s a gentle and powerful way to reconnect with yourself and find inner peace.
